Tehran is willing to restart atomic talks with the United States on condition that it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said exclusively dialogue was effective, and revealed fresh requests had been made by go-betweens to reopen negotiations with the US government. He asserted Iran had zero unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran could not yet allow the global atomic watchdog to visit bombed nuclear sites for protective measures.

Walking a Difficult Route

Araghchi is walking a challenging route since Iran does not want be seen to be operating from a position of disadvantage, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had arisen more powerful militarily and emotionally from the coordinated strike on its nuclear sites in June.

Each party would have been able to declare success since local refinement would have remained and the US could be confident that Iran's atomic project was exclusively peaceful.
